Responsive staff, great location
These have been a great place for my husband and I (and our cat) since we moved here from out of state. Maintenance staff ... has been very friendly and responsive to our requests. 4 yr. Review.
I've lived here 4 yrs now. The have updated the apts when someone moves out. They look very nice now but they are at ... least $200 more I personally don't think it's worth it. Rent has gone up $300 in the last 4 yrs., but if you do some price comparing they are in line with other complexes. If you have a dog or 2 this is a VERY dog friendly place with a nice dog park. My dog loves it here and has many dog friends.i have met many of the dog owners and we have formed a nice community and built friendships. It's a small complex, only 4 buildings in a westside neighborhood that you feel a part of not like the giant impersonable transient complexes.. Moving in
I just moved in 2 weeks ago. The move-in process was super easy and quick. My leasing consultant Jenna was so nice and understanding. ... She went above and beyond to be accommodating and help me. I had a clog in the sink and maintenance was very responsive and quick to solve the problem. The building is clean and in a great neighborhood. Beautiful apartments!
